The ducts and intake filters were cleaned. The furnace and dryer vent was also cleaned. Lou was always prompt in returning my calls and explaining what was to be be done. The technician was very personable, efficient and neat in his work.

Short notice dryer vent cleaning and repair in Santa Monica. I called Lou mid-day on a Saturday requesting service before the end of the weekend. Although they we’re already booked, Lou was able to accommodate us the next day, Sunday morning. They were on time and got right to work vacuuming out our clogged dryer vent.
It was then discovered that our dryer vent was also disconnected from the dryer. We have a stacked washer dryer in a very tight closet configuration, which made repairing the disconnection very difficult. The technician worked very diligently and repair the problem. At the end of the day, this was a much more difficult repair job then just cleaning out the dryer vent, yet we were only charged the quoted price on the phone.
I’ve used quite a few contractors on Angie’s List and this is one of the best in terms of responsiveness, results and value. Lou worked with our schedule to get us a last minute appointment, they were on time, very friendly and went above and beyond the initial scope of work without charging extra.
